This Letter of Intent confirms our organisation's commitment and intention to use Tickify as the ticketing provider for upcoming event(s), subject to the criteria outlined below. This letter may be used by Tickify to demonstrate commercial pipeline and partnership interest.

Conditions

  1. Delivery of agreed technical, operational, and ticketing functionality
  2. Completion of mutually agreed commercial terms in a formal Ticketing Services Agreement
  3. Compliance with event-specific requirements (settlement timing, reporting, integrations, regulatory needs)
  4. Confirmation of event scheduling, venue arrangements, and partner availability
